Knowledge and Skill Requirements


  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting / tax / outsourcing department of an international firm (Experience in an audit firm will be a plus)
  • University degree (in related fields, i.e. Business Administration/Economics)
  • Good understanding of local tax and legal regulations
  • Good knowledge of preparation of tax returns
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP is required
  • Sound knowledge of SAP is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to process data
  • Eagerness and commitment to learn
  • Advanced multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • No obligation of military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Responsible to ensure all internal and external statutory reporting requirements are met
  • Assist in providing balance sheet support to management and ensuring the integrity of the country's balance sheet in compliance with relevant accounting standards
  • Provide assistance for ensuring internal control requirements are met and provide support during external & internal audits (SOX standards)
  • Complete monthly statutory Balance Sheet reconciliation work to ensure correlation between the statutory and management ledgers and prepare related adjustment entries
  • Responsible for monthly e-ledger reporting & maintenance requirements are met
  • Review monthly SSI-Withholding, VAT & Stamp tax returns and prepare Statutory Financial Statements and annual/quarterly Corporate Tax Return
  • Participate to payroll process as counterpart of Finance and validate the correctness of payroll calculations
  • Follow-up the local tax requirements and reporting to the country controller
  • Responsible for customer billing process together with follow-up customer accounts (reconciliations)
  • Contribute and participate in finance department’s new development projects and required system changes
  • Coordinate with service providers (e.g. Shared Services, Service Centers, Treasury)
  • Coordinate with other finance functions (e.g. client finance management, cross border tax functions)
