System Engineer - Endpoint Management

Job Title

Primary responsibilities of the resource:

• End to end responsibility of Microsoft Intune
• Design, implement and support Endpoint solution based on business requirements
• Maintain existing infrastructure and solutions
• Proactive monitoring of the Autopilot and Endpoint Management services

Deliverables, main accountabilities and activities:

1.Able to design and adjust architecture to meet the business needs

2.Participate in solution designs, architecture, and analysis

3.In depth knowledge of administration and deployment of Windows 10/11

4.Microsoft Intune

5.Manage Microsoft Intune Governance

6.Develop and deliver the DR plan for MS Intune

7.Implement scripts (in Powershell) for Automation

8.Solid infrastructure knowledge, network, Active Directory

9.Troubleshoot and support as level 3 solution owner

10.Rapid response to the relevant incidents

11. Collaborative projects when there’s dependencies on Endpoint

Requirements:

Profile: Profile: System Engineer

Education and knowledge:

• Experience : 3 years in Endpoint Management and experience in Windows ecosystem (AD, GPO and etc) is a must
• MS Graph API experience
• Working knowledge in Intune, PowerShell scripting
• Excellent communication skills
